Gallant Capital to acquire Fime from Chequers Capital.

Gallant Capital, a a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Fime, an integration testing services provider for smart devices and secure chip-based applications, from Chequers Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
