ASSA ABLOY completed the acquisition of Integrated Warehouse Solutions.

ASSA ABLOY, a Swedish conglomerate whose offerings include products and services related to locks, doors, gates, and entrance automation, completed the acquisition of Integrated Warehouse Solutions, a US manufacturer of loading dock equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very pleased to welcome IWS into the ASSA ABLOY Group.
