MSC Industrial completed the acquisition of KAR Industrial.

MSC Industrial, a premier distributor of metalworking and maintenance, repair and operations products, completed the acquisition of KAR Industrial, a metalworking distributor supplying measuring and cutting tools. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of KAR Industrial expands our metalworking footprint in Canada.
