Hotmart, a platform that allows creators to sell digital products, completed the acquisition of Reshape, a web platform that converts audio and video inputs to text. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Hotmart is beta-testing a product called Hotmart Tutor, which comprehensively understands content posted by creators and then uses that learning to interact with clients.
