Brookfield-backed Deriva Energy, a renewable generation developer, owner, and operator, completed the acquisition of Spanish Peaks Solar, a 140-megawatt solar project in Las Animas County, Colo. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to announce the successful acquisition of this promising solar project.
