HIG Capital completed the acquisition of CHA Consulting from First Reserve.

HIG Capital, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of CHA Consulting, a full-service engineering consulting and construction management firm, from First Reserve, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with Jim and his exceptional management team.
