Engie to acquire wind farm from EnerCap Group.

Engie, a multinational electric utility company, agreed to acquire wind farm from EnerCap Group, a Czech-based independent energy asset manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This investment strengthens the company's presence in the green energy sector and makes an essential contribution to achieving the assumed objectives of having a production capacity of installed renewable energy of 1k MW by 2030.
