Italmotori completed the acquisition of Guascor Energy’s business unit related to diesel and gas engines.

Italmotori, an Italian distributor of industrial and marine engines, completed the acquisition of the production and sale of diesel and gas engines, intended for the production of electricity, cogeneration, waste-to-energy, and marine use business unit of Guascor Energy, manufacturer of diesel and gas engines. Financial terms were not disclosed.
