Uniwater, a provider of water and wastewater infrastructure solutions, completed the acquisition of Lauridsen, a technical solutions and consultancy services within water and wastewater infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Leading Lauridsen for almost 30 years has been an incredible journey. It's been a collaborative effort, involving not just the colleagues but also our family.
