Bending Spoons completed the acquisition of Meetup.

Bending Spoons, an Italian technology company, completed the acquisition of Meetup, a US-based community-building platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Bending Spoons is excited to become the new steward of Meetup, a beloved product that aligns well with our values and strengths as a company.
