Menzies Aviation to acquire a 50% stake in Jardine Aviation Services Group from Jardine Matheson.

Menzies Aviation, an aviation services business, agreed to acquire a 50% stake in Jardine Aviation Services Group from Jardine Matheson, a Hong Kong-based, Bermuda-domiciled British multinational conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We see tremendous potential for our employees under Menzies’ stewardship.
