Valgroup to acquire Mirvi Brasil.

Valgroup, a company that develops, manufactures and supplies flexible, laminated and rigid packaging products and cartons, agreed to acquire Mirvi Brasil, a company specialized in the design and manufacture of plastic caps. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is another move in our journey of growth and innovation. We are excited about the possibilities this acquisition will bring, expanding our capacity to meet market demands and offer even more customized solutions to our clients,” Eduardo Berkovitz, Valgroup Director of Institutional Relations and Compliance.
