GFT Technologies to acquire Sophos Solutions from Advent International.

GFT Technologies, a company that develops, implements and maintains customized IT solutions, agreed to acquire Sophos Solutions, a multinational IT firm based in Colombia, from Advent International, a global private equity investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In this strategic acquisition, we’re not just merging companies; we’re multiplying potentia.
