J. Safra Group to acquire Faneuil Hall Marketplace from Ashkenazy Acquisition.

J. Safra Group, a real estate development, agreed to acquire Faneuil Hall Marketplace, a shopping mall, from Ashkenazy Acquisition, a private real estate investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
