DOCUFY completed the acquisition of KGU Group.

DOCUFY, professional software solutions provider, completed the acquisition of KGU Group, a company that specializes in product lifecycle management. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We will continue all previous KGU business activities under the umbrella of DOCUFY. The synergy effects from the joint market presence, the product additions and the expansion of expertise put us all in an excellent market position. Important milestones for us, such as the TechPub Studio® OEM contract with Siemens, will remain in place, as will our location in Flensburg and our subsidiary in Serbia.
