VERAXA Biotech, a clinical-stage biotechnology company, completed the acquisition of Synimmune, a biotechnology company, from KfW, a German state-owned investment and development bank, for €32m. “We are entering a transformative period for VERAXA and the integration of Synimmune’s activities acts as a catalyst for the company’s clinical development strategy.
