ATOZ Services completed the acquisition of Fund Solutions SCA.

ATOZ Services, a provider of corporate and tax compliance services, completed the acquisition of Fund Solutions SCA, a provider of outsourced administration services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome the staff and clients of Fund Solutions to the ATOZ Services family.
