Andel to acquire Nakskov Elnet from Lolland Energi.

Andel, an energy and fiber network group, agreed to acquire Nakskov Elnet, an electrical infrastructure company, from Lolland Energi. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Today's grid companies need significant financial robustness in order to carry out the necessary, large investments in the infrastructure and thereby ensure an energy system that will continue to be world-class in the future. The energy sector is therefore undergoing a necessary consolidation.
