NextEra Energy Transmission completed the acquisition of Lake Erie Connector from ITC Holdings.

NextEra Energy Transmission, a transmission developer, owner and operator, completed the acquisition of Lake Erie Connector, an underwater electric transmission line, from ITC Holdings, an American energy company owning and operating high-voltage electricity transmission networks. Financial terms were not disclosed.
