Nimbus Capital completed the acquisition of Lonstroff from Sumitomo Rubber Industries.

Nimbus Capital, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Lonstroff, a manufacturer of elastomer products specialising in the production of medical rubber, from Sumitomo Rubber Industries, a tire and rubber company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Lonstroff is a Switzerland-based manufacturer of elastomer products specialising in the production of medical rubber Founded in 1908, Lonstroff was acquired by SRI in 2015. Lonstroff is an important development and production partner for the medical and industrial rubber industries with over 50 active customers in more than ten countries.
