Levi Strauss to acquire 40 Levi's brand stores and franchise associations from Expofaro.

Levi Strauss, an American clothing company, agreed to acquire 40 Levi's brand stores and franchise associations from Expofaro, a Colombian manufacturing company based in Medellin. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this deal, Expofaro will continue manufacturing clothes for Levi Strauss, and Levi Strauss will directly operate its brand in Colombia through 40 stores and 50 franchises around Colombia.
