Weatherford International completed the acquisition of Probe Technologies and Impact Selector International from Turnbridge Capital.

Weatherford International, an energy services provider, completed the acquisition of Probe Technologies, a consultancy that offers infrastructure, project management, consulting, network design and support, and Impact Selector International, a provider of proprietary downhole wireline solutions, from Turnbridge Capital, a private equity firm.
