Crown Realty Partners, a commercial real estate investment and property management firm, completed the acquisition of Sheridan Exchange, a 158,322 square feet commercial complex located in Mississauga, from Slate Office REIT, a global owner and operator of high-quality workplace real estate. Financial terms were not disclosed. "These assets have had a long history of success with excellent tenants in place, we are excited to add to our office portfolio of 2.5M square feet in Mississauga.
