The Riverside Company completed the acquisition of U.S. Lawns from BrightView Holdings.

The Riverside Company, a global private investor, completed the acquisition of U.S. Lawns, a franchised provider of commercial landscaping and snow removal services, from BrightView Holdings, an American commercial landscaping services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Today marks a significant milestone in the continued evolution of U.S. Lawns.
