Kinderhook, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Compactor Rentals of America, a equipment rental agency, from Bestige-backed National Waste Partners, a compactor and baler rental provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “CRA’s management team has an impressive track record of success, and Kinderhook is excited to collaborate with the entire team as the Company embarks on its next chapter,” Rob Michalik, Kinderhook Managing Director.
