Gránit Bank completed the acquisition of De Lage Landen Finance from De Lage Landen International.

Gránit Bank, a Hungarian bank, completed the acquisition of De Lage Landen Finance, a loan agency, from De Lage Landen International, global vendor finance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The predecessors of the leasing companies have been present on the Hungarian market for more than 30 years. As a member of the Netherlands-based DLL Group, a leading global provider of asset-based financing solutions, they have been reliable financing partners for companies for 15 years and are market leaders in several sub-segments.
