ASC Engineered Solutions completed the acquisition of Ward Manufacturing from Proterial.

ASC Engineered Solutions, a provider of flow management solutions, completed the acquisition of Ward Manufacturing, a contract manufacturer providing metal stamping services, from Proterial, a manufacturer of iron and metals.
