Keppel Infrastructure Trust to acquire a 98.6% stake in Ventura for AUD592m.

Keppel Infrastructure Trust, a diversified Business Trust listed on the Singapore Exchange, agreed to acquire a 98.6% stake in Ventura, a provider of bus transportation services, for AUD592m. "This is an exciting new direction for our family business that has been providing bus services for 100 years to Victorian commuters.
