Ethica Global Investments-backed Decorluxe Group, a packaging surface processing platform, completed the acquisition of Aurora, a packaging services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are building an ambitious industrial project, unique in its kind and we are pleased to announce the entry into our Group of two excellences in their sector of belonging.
