Keensight Capital and ServiceNow Ecosystem Ventures completed the acquisition of a majority stake inPlat4mation.

Keensight Capital, a European growth buyout private equity firm, and ServiceNow Ecosystem Ventures, a company investing in early‑stage startups, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Plat4mation, a company providing end-to-end advisory, implementation, and managed services across digital, employee and customer experiences.
