Advent Partners completed the acquisition of RMS Cloud.

Advent Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of RMS Cloud, a cloud-based SaaS Property Management Software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Partnering with Advent Partners is a significant step forward for RMS.
