ClearCourse completed the acquisition of ThinkSmart.

ClearCourse, a provider of industry-specific software and embedded payments, completed the acquisition of ThinkSmart, an independent software-as-a-service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In ClearCourse we have found a like-minded, customer-focused partner that will support a new phase of growth for ThinkSmart.
