Tritax Big Box REIT, a real estate investment trust, is set to acquire UK Commercial Property REIT, a large British investment trust dedicated to investments in UK commercial properties, for £924m ($1.2bn). The Boards of BBOX and UKCM believe that the offer has compelling strategic and financial rationale, building on BBOX's existing strategy.
