Vitol completed the acquisition of a 35% stake in Saras for €595m.

Vitol, a Swiss-based Dutch multinational energy and commodity trading company, completed the acquisition of a 35% stake in Saras, an Italian energy multinational corporation with operations in petroleum refining, marketing, transportation and power generation, for €595m.
