Yamaton Group completed the acquisition of Honicel.

Yamaton Group, a company specializing in sustainable packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of Honicel, a company that develops and manufactures paper-based honeycomb structures. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Together with Yamaton Group we can further invest in upgrading our equipment, improving quality and exploring new markets and products. Our combined knowledge will help us in our innovation efforts and to meet new market demands.
