CJK Group completed the acquisition of Kodi Collective from LSC Communications.

CJK Group, a printing and publishing services organization, completed the acquisition of Kodi Collective, a powerhouse of publishing and creative capabilities, from LSC Communications, a provider of print and print-related services and office products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This business is an excellent complement to our entire portfolio of companies, our culture, and our strengths.
