Nutrinor-Gilbert completed the acquisition of Valeco from EnBW.

Nutrinor-Gilbert, a Nutrinor Coopérative and Gilbert Énergie joint venture focused on renewable energy projects, completed the acquisition of Valeco, a renewable electricity provider, from EnBW, a German energy supply company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Under this transaction, Nutrinor-Gilbert Renewable Energies finds itself with a portfolio of developing projects that will ensure it sustained growth in the coming years. We are emerging at a time when decarbonization efforts bring many opportunities," Jacques Gauthier, Nutrinor-Gilbert President.
