Nutrinor-Gilbert, a Nutrinor Coopérative and Gilbert Énergie joint venture focused on renewable energy projects, completed the acquisition of Valeco, a renewable electricity provider, from EnBW, a German energy supply company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
