Wipro to acquire a 60% stake in Aggne for $66m.

Wipro, a technology services and consulting company, agreed to acquire a 60% stake in Aggne, a consulting and managed services company, for $66m. “We are excited about the growth opportunities this new partnership creates for our company and our current and future clients.
