PLT Energia to acquire the US solar PV and BESS system project from GGS Energy.

PLT Energia, an Italy-based holding company active in the renewable energy sector, agreed to acquire the US solar PV and BESS system project from GGS Energy, a provider of energy sector intelligence, analysis and strategy. Financial terms were not disclosed.
