CIVC Partners completed the acquisition of Highstreet IT Solutions from Transition Capital Partners.

CIVC Partners, a private equity firm investing in middle-market companies in the business services sector, completed the acquisition of Highstreet IT Solutions, an IT services company that provides digital transformation services to state and local governments as well as the education market, from Transition Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Highstreet is a rapidly growing implementation and managed services provider with an exceptional track record of exceeding client expectations driven by deep technical expertise and end user focus.
