EnTrust Global completed the acquisition of Offshore Merchant Partners from HitecVision.

EnTrust Global, an alternative asset management firm, completed the acquisition of Offshore Merchant Partners, an alternative investment fund manager in the maritime and energy industries, from HitecVision, a private equity investor.
