Kingspan completed the acquisition of stone wool business of BACHL.

Kingspan, an insulation and building envelope technologies provider, completed the acquisition of stone wool business of BACHL, a German manufacturer of insulation materials, plastics, building materials and building elements. Financial terms were not disclosed. The takeover by Kingspan will allow BACHL to focus more strongly on its core business in the future. The Irish building materials group intends to use the takeover to further expand its capacities and complete its range of insulation materials on the market.
