Fremantle completed the acquisition of ASACHA Media Group from Oaktree Capital Management.

Fremantle, a television production and distribution company, completed the acquisition of ASACHA Media Group, a Pan-European content creator and producer, from Oaktree Capital Management, a private equity firm.
