Bank of America, Capital One Financial, JP Morgan Chase & Co, PNC Financial Services Group, Truist Financial, US Bank and Wells Fargo & Company, a consortium of banks, completed the $90m investment in Early Warning Services, the fintech company that owns and operates Zelle.
