Clearwater Paper to acquire bleached paperboard manufacturing facility from Graphic Packaging for $700m.

Clearwater Paper, a producer of private label tissue and paperboard products, agreed to acquire bleached paperboard manufacturing facility from Graphic Packaging, a producer of consumer packaging, for $700m. "Augusta is a great fit with our strategy and improves our position as a premier, independent paperboard supplier to North American converters.
