Cunova agreed to acquire KME Aerospace from KME Group.

Cunova, a provider of customer specific products and solutions in copper and copper-alloys, agreed to acquire KME Aerospace, a manufacturer of copper and copper alloy products from KME Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
