ABB to acquire SEAM from Align Capital.

ABB, an automation company, agreed to acquire SEAM, a facilities services company, from Align Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am incredibly proud of the team at SEAM Group and the business transformation that occurred over the span of our partnership.
