Triton Partners-backed bluu unit, an alliance of German companies in the sustainable refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation sector, completed the acquisition of Strang Kalte und Klimatechnik, a German company specializing in commercial and industrial refrigeration, ventilation and air conditioning technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Natural refrigerants are the future of the industry, not least because of the new F-Gas Regulation. We want our company to be part of this future.
