amedes, a German lab services provider, agreed to acquire MVZ Laaff, a provider of services in fields of medicine including dermatopathology, general pathology, immunohistology, molecular pathology and cytology, and is one of the laboratories in these specialist areas. Financial terms were not disclosed.
